Range: It has only been collected in the Pine Ridge area of Souix county. |
Larval Hostplant(s): Larvae feed on the flowers of chockcherry (Prunusvirginiana). |
Overwinter: As pupae. |
Commentary/Habitat: This butterfly is found in association with its hostplants in the Pine Ridge of northwestern Nebraska. It has been found at Gilbert-Baker State Wildlife Management Area and Sowbelly Canyon, both in Sioux County. |
