The Adult Fitness Program is an individualized program that is designed for faculty and staff. Personal trainers are on site every day.

Each member recieves:

A fitness evaluation including:

Body Composition

Aerobic Fitness

Strength and Flexibility

A personalized exercise program

A T-shirt

Free personal training

Free exercise classes

 

Membership also includes fitness/nutrition education and access to a private exercise facility which includes treadmills, bicycles, elliptical machine, free weights, resistance training machines, and cable television.
